• Mineral and royalty deeds, assignments, and other conveyances of all types of oil and gas interests.

• Purchase and sale of oil and gas interests.

• Title research and legal analysis to determine accurate ownership of oil and gas interests and interpretation of legal documents valued in excess of $860 million.

• Formation of limited liability companies and limited partnerships for efficient and prudent mineral ownership.

• Resolving disputes between mineral owners, oil and gas companies, and other parties.

• Advising working interest owners on participation agreements, operating agreements, joint interest billings, and AFEs (authorizations for expenditure).
